  1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed with Panel Store (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Panel Store specialises in cut‑to‑size panels, edge‑banding, and CNC machining of various materials, primarily MFC and Trespa. Most products supplied are made‑to‑order bespoke items manufactured to customer‑provided specifications.

  1. Bespoke Manufacturing

2.1 All panels, components, and CNC‑machined items are manufactured specifically to the measurements, specifications, and options provided by the customer.

2.2 As these items are custom‑made, they are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once production has begun.

2.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring all measurements, tolerances, orientations, cut‑outs, edging requirements, and material selections are correct before submitting an order.

  1. Customer Measurement Responsibility

3.1 Panel Store accepts no liability for incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.

3.2 A measurement‑confirmation window is provided at checkout. Customers must review and confirm all sizes before submitting the order.

3.3 If a customer discovers an error before production begins, they must notify us immediately via email or phone.

  1. Order Changes & Cancellations

4.1 Orders may be amended or cancelled only if production has not yet started.

4.2 Once an order has moved into production — including cutting, edging, CNC machining, or preparation — no changes or cancellations are permitted.

4.3 If the order has been completed or delivered, no refunds or returns will be accepted under any circumstances due to the bespoke nature of the goods.

4.4 Panel Store reserves the right to determine whether production has begun based on internal workflow status.

  1. Production Lead Times

5.1 Lead times displayed on the website are estimates and may vary depending on workload, material availability, and complexity.

5.2 We will notify customers of any significant delays.

  1. Delivery & Collection

6.1 Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

6.2 Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the goods. Failed deliveries may incur redelivery charges.

6.3 Goods must be inspected upon delivery. Any visible damage must be reported within 24 hours.

6.4 Once delivered, responsibility for safe handling, storage, and installation passes to the customer.

  1. Quality & Tolerances

7.1 All panels are manufactured within standard industry tolerances unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Wood‑based products may contain natural variations in colour, grain, or texture.

7.3 CNC‑machined components may show minor tool marks consistent with industry standards.

  1. Pricing & Payment

8.1 All prices displayed on the website are in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

8.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

8.3 Panel Store reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

  1. No Returns Policy (Bespoke Goods)

9.1 Under UK consumer law, bespoke or made‑to‑order items are exempt from standard return rights.

9.2 As all panels and CNC‑machined items are produced to customer specifications, no returns or refunds will be accepted unless the product is defective or manufactured incorrectly by us.

9.3 If an error is made by Panel Store, we will remake or replace the affected item at no additional cost.

  1. Liability

10.1 Panel Store is not responsible for:

Incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer

Installation errors

Damage caused after delivery

Misuse or improper handling of materials

10.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

  1. Website Content & Accuracy

11.1 We aim to ensure all product descriptions, material information, and pricing are accurate.

11.2 Errors or omissions may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them at any time.

  1. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, designs, and branding are the property of Panel Store and may not be reproduced without permission.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
